1710-1714
Pueblitos built between 1710 and 1714. The first big burst in pueblito building comes in
this decade. The boom may be a response to Roque Madrid's military campaigns against the
Navajos from 1705 through 1716. Shaft House, with its well-defended cliffside rooms was
built now, as were the large sites of Three Corn Pueblito and Frances Canyon Pueblito. |
