This is the first clue that a dinosaur might lie hidden in the ground. this is what paleontologists refer to as a "surface expression." This occurrence was recorded and reported to museum paleontologist Dr. Tom Williamson. Because there were associated bones eroding in the same area, it was decided to evaluate the site for its potential to produce an important specimen. |
