The Final EIS is now available. A Notice of Availability for the HB In-Situ Solution Mine Project Final EIS will be published in the Federal Register on February 3, 2012. While this is not a formal public comment period, the BLM will consider substantive comments received during the Final EIS 30-day availability period. If any comments have merit, they may be considered by the BLM prior to issuing its decision on the proposed project. The BLM is not required to respond to comments on the Final EIS received from the public.
